This is a 2015 Motorhome. It is 30 feet long. The floor plan is in the pictures. There are several options below.

RENTING/DRIVING MOTORHOME:

"Stationary" - Our site. $495 security deposit to your card.

"Stationary" - Site of your choice: we take to a campground/park (you reserve it separately). There is a $2.40 delivery charge per mile and $495 security deposit to your card.

"DRIVING Motorhome"
- An orientation will be provided.
- VRBO is for accommodations. If being driven, they no longer covers your rental and your party holds VRBO/agents/affiliates harmless.
- All drivers must present current driver's licenses with current 100/300 minimum auto insurance and be 21 with good driving records. You should provide evidence of current insurance prior to leaving.
- Motorhome cannot park on any Carbon County street or park overnight at Carbon County businesses, except for campgrounds.
- You are responsible for tickets or tolls.
- $795 deposit to your card, $39/100 miles, $3/gallon propane, $3/hour generator, motorhome insurance fee will be assessed. You must return motorhome with full gas tank.

Inventor of wireless suspension bridge and roller coaster, built first true railroad in America, father of the 2nd American Industrial Revolution! Asa Packer, 3rd richest in USA, built his mansion to be next to us! Wealthy industrialists and US Congressman lived here. This building moved across the river in 1885 and disappeared from history.

You are directly in town, close to the heartbeat of an immensely historic "gilded" town known internationally as "The Switzerland of America" that once was the second most popular tourist spot after Niagara Falls.

This is a 2015 Motorhome. Use either: - In our driveway/backyard (included) in Jim Thorpe. - At a campground/park of your choice (you reserve; $2.40 delivery charge per mile). PROVIDED: bedding, towels, dishes, coffee maker and toaster. There is abundant street parking.

This was the house of the great Josiah White. Everything you see in Jim Thorpe and beyond is because of him. His achievements include:

Built the switchback/gravity railroad that Jim Thorpe is famous for. Became the second most popular tourist attraction in USA for decades.
Made his fortune in his 20s, in Philadelphia. His second fortune on the Schuylkill, His third fortune in Jim Thorpe area.
Built the canals from Jim Thorpe to Easton. Then took over completing the canals down to Philadelphia.
A primary enabler of the Industrial Revolution. Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Bethlehem Steel and others grew up because of his canals and coal shipments and ironworks.
Inventor, Industrialist, Genius, Pioneer.
His coal company was the most important American company in the first half of 1800s. It employed up to 11,000.
His coal company is the world's first "vertical" company.
Invented the world's first wire suspension bridge (like Golden Gate or Brooklyn Bridge), in 1816

This building was once the town bowling alley (closed in 1952), a sweater knitting mill, karate studio, videogame, beer distributor and spa!.
